I can't find the date option for booking tickets. Can I make advance bookings?
You can only book tickets for the same day as the show for now.
What if I need to book tickets to more than one movie?
You can purchase your tickets for the first movie and then navigate to other movies while remaining logged in.
I booked my tickets half an hour ago. Why haven't I received the tickets by email yet?
Your server may be blocking the mail as spam. Talk to your administrator or check your spam folder.
When I go into the E/Ticket system the page hangs.
You may need to disable firewall settings or pop-up blockers. Try refreshing your page.
Can I use E/Ticket to book seats that are part of the VIP Mashreqbank MasterCard/Manhattan Card/ABN Amro Card promotions?
No. The E/Ticket/VIP Mashreqbank MasterCard/Manhattan Card/ABN Amro Card are all different offers.
I don't have a printer. Can I still use E/Ticket?
While it's preferred that you bring your printed E/Ticket with you to avoid delays, you can do without it. Just note down the number you get at the end of the transaction and give this to the theatre's counter staff to be processed.
Without a printed E/Ticket, please expect at least a 15 minute delay at the counter.
